Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Clipfarm, a service that helps create vertical video clips and publish them through connected third-party platforms. By using Clipfarm, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding agreement and meet the minimum age requirements of Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, and any other platform you use with Clipfarm.
Your Content and Rights
You are responsible for every video URL, file path, caption, title, hashtag, and publishing instruction you submit. You must own the content or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and releases needed to download, process, transform, store, and publish it.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Clipfarm to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, impersonate others, publish unlawful or harmful content, evade platform rules, attack service infrastructure, scrape data without permission, or upload malware or abusive material.
Publishing and Platform Rules
TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, and other services have their own terms, review requirements, rate limits, and content policies. Clipfarm does not guarantee that a clip can be published, will remain available, or will receive any level of visibility or engagement.
Auto-Posting
Clipfarm is designed to send rendered clips to Telegram for review before publishing. Auto-posting must be explicitly enabled by the operator. If you enable it, you are responsible for confirming that submitted sources and publishing settings are appropriate before processing begins.
Service Availability
Clipfarm may be changed, interrupted, rate-limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Media processing depends on external services, queues, storage, credentials, FFmpeg, and platform APIs that can fail or change independently.
No Legal or Rights Clearance Advice
Clipfarm is a workflow tool. It does not provide legal advice, copyright clearance, music licensing, talent releases, brand approvals, or platform policy review.
Disclaimers
Clipfarm is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime, revenue, audience growth, or publishing success.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Clipfarm operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, account restrictions, takedowns, or platform enforcement actions.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, misuse platform credentials, or use Clipfarm in a way that may harm the service, users, operators, or third parties.
Changes
We may update these terms as Clipfarm changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms.
