Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Clipfarm collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Clipfarm Telegram bot, API, workers, and related publishing features.
Information We Collect
Clipfarm may process Telegram account identifiers, chat IDs, command text, submitted video URLs or local file paths, job settings, generated titles, hashtags, captions, rendered clip files, upload status, TikTok account identifiers, and OAuth tokens needed to publish through TikTok.
How We Use Information
We use information to validate requests, create clips, send job progress and rendered files through Telegram, connect TikTok accounts, publish clips when enabled, troubleshoot service issues, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or platform obligations.
Video Sources and Generated Clips
Clipfarm processes videos only to perform the clipping workflow requested by the user. Source files, subtitles, intermediate files, and rendered clips may be stored temporarily or persistently depending on the deployment configuration. Operators should delete media that is no longer needed.
Third-Party Services
Clipfarm depends on third-party services including Telegram, TikTok, YouTube or video hosting sources, hosting providers, databases, queues, and optional AI or browser automation providers. Those services process information under their own policies and terms.
OAuth Tokens and Credentials
TikTok access tokens, refresh tokens, Telegram bot tokens, and other secrets are used only to operate the requested service features. They should be stored in protected backend systems and must not be exposed in public repositories, client code, logs, or rendered static pages.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run Clipfarm, platforms selected by the user for publishing, or when required to comply with law, enforce terms, prevent abuse, or protect rights and safety.
Retention
Job records, tokens, and generated media are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy operational requirements, resolve disputes, comply with obligations, or maintain security. Retention periods may vary by deployment.
Your Choices
You may stop using the Telegram bot, disconnect TikTok access where supported, request deletion of stored job records or media, and revoke platform permissions through the relevant third-party account settings.
Children
Clipfarm is not intended for children under 13 or for anyone below the minimum age required by the laws and platform terms that apply to them.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as Clipfarm changes. The effective date will show when the current version took effect.
Contact
For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact the Clipfarm operator through the support channel provided with your deployment.
